Gin began as a medicinal drink made by European Monks and Alchemists in the 13th century. It took a few hundred years before it was the drink associated with England. This spirit has changed, and is now made almost everywhere there are stills.

Join Duncan and Michelle as we explore the new world of an old spirit. Along with samples of gin, there will be bites from the Copperleaf kitchen.
