What to Expect in Our Girls’ Program:*Practices focus on skill-building, confidence, and safe, age-appropriate play.
*Teams are led by professional and experienced coaches who enjoy working with young athletes.
*No prior lacrosse experience is required, many of our players are trying the sport for the first time.
*Teams practice twice per week, with games on weekends.
*Local play in Coppell is prioritized, with some away games along the Highway 121 corridor.
*Our girls’ program emphasizes teamwork, confidence, and having fun while learning the game.

Practice Schedule
Kinder–2nd Grade: 5:15–6:15 PM
3rd–4th Grade: 5:15–6:15 PM
5th–8th Grade: 6:15–7:45 PM

New Player Equipment Support
To help lower the startup cost for families, Coppell Lacrosse provides loaner sticks and jerseys (while supplies last). This allows new athletes to try the sport without needing to purchase equipment right away.
