-10:00-10:45am: Chili arrival and set up. (Chili has to be set up and ready for tasting no later than 10:45 am)
-11:00am-1:30pm: Tasting & voting (No votes will be taken after 1:30pm.)
-2:00pm-2:30: Announcement of winners.
