The Carajillo is having a moment—and now it's time to find the best one in St. Louis.
Join us during Copita Week as finalists from around the city compete live in the Copita Carajillo Cocktail Competition, presented by Mezcal Vago El Manantial and Paranubes Café de Olla.
Each bartender has been challenged to create an original cocktail using these two incredible ingredients. From there, anything goes. Expect bold ideas, inventive techniques, and wildly different interpretations of one of Mexico's fastest-growing cocktail traditions.
Throughout the competition, each finalist will prepare their cocktail for our panel of judges while also serving tasting samples to guests, giving you the opportunity to experience every drink and cheer on your favorite bartender.
Whether you're a bartender, coffee lover, mezcal enthusiast, or simply curious about where modern Mexican cocktails are headed, this is one of the most exciting events of Copita Week.
