Coping with grief can be an overwhelming journey, but you're not alone. This workshop offers support by providing information on various coping techniques and sharing resources for emotional healing. Whether it's through mindfulness exercises, journaling prompts, or practical advice for managing tough days, I'm here to help you navigate your grief and find ways to heal.
