Copilot Lab: Microsoft 365 Workflow Integration
About this Event
Still switching between Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel without a clear workflow?
The challenge is not simply knowing that Copilot is available. It is knowing where it fits into your everyday work, how to use it responsibly, and how to make it useful for the tasks you actually do.
Copilot Lab: Microsoft 365 Workflow Integration is a practical WA AI Hub session designed for Microsoft 365 users who want to integrate Copilot into their everyday workflows with greater clarity and confidence.
Through practical, low-risk activities, you’ll explore how Copilot can support common tasks across Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with clear steps for reviewing and refining outputs before using them.
What You’ll Learn & Gain
- Explore practical ways to use Copilot across key Microsoft 365 applications.
- Learn how to review and refine outputs before using them.
- Apply a responsible integration checklist to workplace tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve your existing workflows.
- Create a practical Microsoft 365 workflow map for your role or team.
- Take away a safe-use checklist to support more consistent workplace practices.
The session uses safe practice scenarios rather than sensitive real-world data, giving you a practical space to explore workflows while keeping responsible use at the centre.
You should attend if you want a session that is specific enough to use, practical enough to apply, and clear enough to share with your team.
