A few gentle tips:

✨ Arrive 10 minutes early to take a moment to center yourselves and leave daily concerns behind.

✨ Deep relaxation can create the feeling of being wrapped in a soft cocoon — wear warm, comfortable clothing for your return.

✨ All materials for your comfort (cushions, blankets,...) are already in place.

✨ To extend the benefits of the session, take your time afterward. Slow down and enjoy the calm created by your experience.

Who will guide you?

My name is Petra, and I help highly sensitive people in slowing down, clearing their minds, and creating inner space. My specialty is deep relaxation and letting go through sound experiences.

I grew up in a doctors’ family in the Czech Republic. My path has led me from practicing architecture in France to discovering therapeutic singing bowls in Germany, and later to Canada.

For more than 8 years in Montréal, I’ve been supporting, as a naturotherapist, those who wish to unplug their minds, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. Each sound experience—whether in a group, one-on-one, or through self-care training—nourishes inner calm and softly transforms daily life.

The people I work with often share that, session after session, they feel more centered, more relaxed, and more present.
