ABOUT COPE COLLECTIVE

COPE is a collective of composer-performers and creative professionals working together to make new music—free from the time, financial, and creative limits of the industry.

We operate through collaborative labor exchange: by contributing to each other’s projects, we bring new works to life. Together with 35+ East Coast-based artists, we’re creating a more equitable, supportive, and vibrant experimental music community.

Info: New York City based duo Safety Match is unbound to the limitations of any one particular genre. Founded by clarinetist Gabe Henkin and pianist Olivia Qing Zhao, their electro-acoustic music combines elements of jazz fusion, pop, hip-hop, prog-rock, classical, and world music.
