Cooperative Energy Futures 2026 Annual Member Gathering (in person only)

Join fellow CEF members and community members from around Minnesota to celebrate CEF accomplishments, elect board members, engage with each other, enjoy lunch, and enjoy a solar cooking demonstration from one of best solar oven experts in the country.
We will have a member drawing for an E-Bike, a solar oven, and a portable camping solar panel! You must be a member to win! Not a member, yet? Get info on benefits and sign up here.
This event is meant to serve, inform and connect with all of our members and elect board members. CEF members and non-members who want to learn more are welcome to attend! We are excited to include more interactive activities with and among members.We will have a fun screenprinting opportunity coordinated by Pine Holtz from CEF, in collaboration with a local art collective, Spill Paint Not Oil. Bring a t-shirt, tote bag, handkerchief or similar item you want to print on, and have a cool CEF inspired design printed on your item!
LUNCH:
Lunch will be served with catering by Chow Girls Catering and beverages will be provided. We will have compostable serving ware, but please bring your own serving ware if you can, to help make our event zero waste.

TICKETS:
Tickets are free, but please register EACH PERSON in your party separately on the Ticket page. This will alllow us to make nametags for everyone and plan for food and childcare.

LAKE ELMO PARK RESERVE ENTRY FEE:
There is a $7 fee to enter the Lake Elmo Park Reserve with three available options on the ticket page:

1. Buy the park permit through the Eventbrite registration page for a total of $9.31($7 with added $2.31 Eventbrite fee).
2. Buy the park permit at the gate for $7.
3. Request that CEF cover that fee if it is a financial barrier.

PARKING
Free parking is available in the lot of the Nordic Center.
GETTING THERE

In the ticket section you will have the option to let us know if you want to join our carpool from Sabathani Community Center at 310 E 38th St, Minneapolis.

The carpool will then pick people up at Landfall Manufactured Home Park and Cimarron Park Manufactured Home Community.

There is no extra cost to carpool.
We will post times and pick up spots soon!
