Upland, California, maintains two official sister cities to foster international relationships, cultural exchange, and economic cooperation: Mildura, Australia, and Caborca, Mexico. From our historic irrigation parallels with the Australian "Sunraysia" to our shared regional ties with Mexico, this talk delves into the stories of diplomacy and community that have bridged continents for decades.
