lululemon and I are hosting a 5K Ice Cream Social, and you’re invited!
Come join me, your lululemon Carlsbad Run Ambassador, for a quick 5K trail run around the Carlsbad Forum before heading back to the Lawn for music, games, good vibes, and… a sweet treat! 😎☀️
🍨 BUT WHO’S PROVIDING THE ICE CREAM?!

YOU ARE! 👀🍦
That’s right — every runner will have the chance to make their own homemade ice cream from scratch!
Before the run, we’ll mix up our ice cream base and you’ll get to customize it with a variety of fun ingredients — think chocolate, pistachios, sprinkles, and more! 🍫
Then comes the fun part…
RUN WITH YOUR ICE CREAM!
Once your mixture is ready, you’ll stash it in a CamelBak or small backpack and take it with you on the 5K. By the time we make it back to the Lawn, your ice cream will be ready to enjoy! 🤯🍨
We’ll finish the evening hanging out on the Lawn with music, games, sunshine, good people, and the sweet fruits of our labor.
So grab your running shoes, your favorite ice cream toppings, and a small backpack…

8:30am-Check in
8:45am-Make Ice Cream mixture
9am-All levels 5k Run/Walk
9:45am-Meet back at the Lawn and enjoy the ice cream you made on your run
