This month’s gathering focuses on herbs that hydrate, calm, and balance the system — supporting the skin, nervous system, and digestion through the warmest days of the year.

We’ll work with mint, lemon balm, cucumber, and other refreshing plant allies to create herbal remedies that help you stay grounded, hydrated, and at ease through the summer sun.

1. Cooling Herbal Hydrosol or Mist — A refreshing botanical spray to tone and cool the skin.
2. Rehydrating Electrolyte Tea Blend — A mineral-rich herbal infusion with mint, hibiscus, and citrus for hydration.
