Expect hands-on experience with high-end professional Cookshack smokers, expert tips, and mouthwatering techniques to impress your customers and coworkers. Each session will go through cooking brisket, pork butt, ribs and chicken. It will be interactive with lots of opportunities to ask questions. You will get to taste each of the meats.
This class is perfect for chefs, restaraunt owners, restaraunt managers, cooks and anyone who works in or owns a professional kitchen.
