You’ll learn how to prepare rhubarb raw, roasted, and quick pickled—while discovering how to balance its signature tart flavor.
Enjoy a variety of seasonal recipes and leave with an 8-ounce jar of quick pickled rhubarb, along with recipes to recreate each dish at home.
