Whether you're looking to improve your eating habits, try new foods, or gain confidence in the kitchen, this series is designed to meet you where you are.

The Mediterranean Way of eating is known for supporting overall health and well-being. This series breaks it down into easy, realistic steps you can start using right away—no complicated diets or restrictions.

• Class Dates: April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 12, 19
• Cost: $60 per person or $100 for 2 people (includes all sessions and materials)
• Certificate of completion awarded at the end of the program
