This is a 6-week series held on the following Wednesdays:

After participating in this series, you will:

• Increase your understanding of healthy eating concepts and health benefits associated with the Mediterranean-style eating pattern.
• Increase your confidence in selecting, planning, preparing, and implementing a healthy, regular eating pattern.
• Increase your understanding and implementation of mindful eating strategies.

Curriculum:

This series is based on the Med Instead of Meds curriculum developed by NC State University, which emphasizes the benefits of the Mediterranean diet for long-term health and wellness.
