Looking for healthy, diabetic friendly meals? This cooking class, taught by Registered Dietitian Lizz Hill, will help you make meal prep simple and easy. Come prepared to chop, cook and taste delicious Mediterranean-style recipes.

This class will be held on September 30 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Registration ends September 15.

Instructor Bio

Lizz Hill has been a registered dietitian for 12 years and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, long term care centers, dialysis centers, diabetes education, catering, and now teaching nutrition at Southern Utah University. She has a passion for cooking most of all and loves to teach others how to make healthy and nutritious meals that taste delicious.
