The Adell Foundation in partnership with the Food Trust and Share our Strength offers free cooking and nutrition resources for parents, kids and child care providers. We also provide food skills education curricula that can be taught by experts in many different community-based settings. Participants learn about cooking, meal prep, grocery shopping, food budgeting, and nutrition.”
