Join us for a Ukrainian cooking demonstration and learn how to cook traditional dishes while learning about Ukrainian culture!
About this Event

Food enthusiasts and travelers unite! Plateaupias for Peace will be hosting our Cooking Around the World event highlighting Ukraine! Our Ukrainian hosts will not only be demonstrating how to prepare some Ukrainian specialties, but will also be sharing about their culture, traditions, and more. Some parts of the demonstration will be hands on. As the evening wraps up, we will taste the food we have prepared. Each attendee will receive a copy of the recipes to bring home.

We are honored to host this event around the anniversary of the attack on Ukraine and its people. 50% of profits will be donated to Volia Fund to support their project, Ukraine Abilitation Initiative UAble, which includes work to improve the quality of rehabilitation services for Ukrainians with limb amputations, both adults and kids.
