Cook along with the Culinary Medicine Program in our teaching kitchen!
This class will introduce simple, flexible techniques to help make home-prepared meals approachable, enjoyable, and supportive of your health. Cooking for one has its hurdles, but it’s also an opportunity to honor food as medicine and invest in your well-being.
