Cooking for Bone Health! - Afternoon Class

Take steps toward improving or maintaining your bone health with our 6-week program! We will cover nutrients important to bone health, healthy eating tips, and more! Participants will also be able to taste-test recipes in class.

This class will meet every Tuesday from February 25th to April 1st, 2 pm - 4:00 pm.

All materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 16 people. Advance registration is required. Ticket sales end on February 20th at 5 pm. Checks are also accepted and must be received by February 20th by 5 pm.

If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket.

NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events. Similar classes or events are often offered on future dates.
