Cooking Club: Sopa de Albóndigas (Mexican Meatball Soup)

Thank you for your interest in Cooking Club! It's a great opportunity for women to meet other women in the area. Rita has graciously offered to host us at her home.

In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, she will show us how to make Sopa de Albóndigas (Mexican Meatball Soup).

Please bring a refillable water bottle. Please feel free to bring a Mexican dish to share if you wish. Write the name of your dish and any possible food sensitivities on a piece of paper (contains peanuts/dairy/pork, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, etc.)

2:00 PM: Arrival

2:15 PM: Rita will demo how to make Sopa de Albóndigas

2:45 PM: Enjoy snacks and socialize

4:30 PM: Clean-up

It'll cost $10 cash to attend. Payable at the event.
