Your young chef will be astounded at a delicious and gourmet meal that begins with ramen noodles as a base! Peel, chop, dice, and shred a rainbow of produce, sauté aromatics, assemble the perfect sauce that combines the salty, sweet, and spicy, and choose your favorite protein (or not)! Chefs will leave class with a newfound appreciation for the possibilities that start with a quick boil of the accessible favorite.
