Cooking class w/ Emmanuel

Experience what farm fresh vegetables taste like.

Come enjoy a cooking class led by Emmanuel Roux at 15th St Farm. You will harvest vegetables grown at the farm and learn how to prepare them into delicious healthy dishes in minutes . Learn to make a fresh and nourishing vegetable broth.

You will learn how to make 3 easy recipes

• Moroccan carrots salad
• Swiss Chard with cream and beef consomme
• Tatsoi with bacon and mushrooms

During the class you will also sample some of the farm’s specialties including Emmanuel’s famous Gâteau O’chocolat flour-less chocolate cake.

Join us in the farm’s commercial kitchen for a relaxed, hands-on class where you will prep and cook a seasonal dish, work with fresh ingredients, learn simple skills you can use at home and leave with a recipe card and a sample of what you made.
