Then, we will get our hands on fresh potatoes to make our dough. Once we have learned to create our shapes and form our dumplings, we will work on our sauce. In this lesson, you will learn how to create Potato Gnocchi with a classic pesto sauce. These flavors are sure to transport you straight to the hills of Northern Italy.
