Cooking Class-Simit

Istanbul Center invites you to join our Cooking Class & Luncheon. It will be on Saturday Jan 11 from 11am to 1pm. We will be learning to make Simit,a traditional Turkish bread that is typically ring-shaped and crispy on the outside, with a soft interior. Simit has been a staple in Turkish cuisine for centuries, and its crunchy texture and nutty flavor have made it a beloved treat around the world.The program is open to public with registration. The cost is $15 per person.
