Join us for a fun and interactive cooking class where we will learn how to cook delicious and healthy meals together. Sometimes all we need is a few recipes on hand that we can use with the things we have at home. I like to call them ALLROUNDERS.That´s what this cooking class is about - to teach you how to make out of the things at home EASY & HEALTHY meals. Extra plus: They are also delicious and family-friendly.
We will cook together and afterward eat together. This is the perfect time to connect with other locals and improve your cooking skills! Or bring a friend! Either way, it´s gonna be a good time!
This event is hosted by Sophie Burley, a certified Nutritionist, who teaches how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle, without restrictions. Instead of diets, her approach is to teach you about how your body works and the food you eat, so you can make the best decisions yourself.
What to Expect:

What we will cook:
Appetizer: Big O´Salad - Colorful & Learn how to make your own Dressing (so easy and delicious, you will never buy one again :))
Main Course: Thai Curry - a super flexible meal you can adjust to your preferences, or simply use whatever you have at home.
Dessert: Energy Balls - full of healthy fats, perfect for to-go and kid-friendly!
The ingredients are organic and the meals vegan / vegetarian friendly!
