Cooking Class Description: Learn to recreate classic Italian dishes such as Bolognese and Lemon Curd Mousse in this small group cooking class. Receive hands-on instruction within an intimate setting limited to twelve participants. Following the course, you will have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the meal you have prepared. What To Expect: In our classes, you'll collaborate with students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional instructors to prepare and cook a menu from a specific cuisine.
You will be instructed in basic cooking skills.
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 3 hours which include time to dine in. Take home your creations is optional.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students.
• You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. An apron is provided to use during the class.
