Cooking Class - Date Night – Italian Classics 101

At A Good Human, we’re redefining Italian classics with plant-based flair. In Italian Classics 101, you and your partner will prepare a menu of rustic Italian favorites, including Caponata with Grilled Crostini, Handmade Tortellini, and a luscious Zabaglione with Fresh Berries. Whether you’re celebrating date night or simply looking to enjoy an unforgettable evening, this class will bring the tastes of Italy to your table.

Our cooking classes are all about making vegetables shine while showing that healthy eating can be flavorful, fun, and satisfying. Join us for an evening of learning, laughter, and delicious memories!

• Capacity: Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class - Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back

At A Good Human, we want you to be confident and excited about your cooking class experience! To ensure flexibility, we offer a 3-day cooling-off period for all bookings made more than 3 days prior to the class start date. If you cancel your booking within 3 days of making it, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

For bookings made within 3 days of the class start time, the 3-day cooling-off period does not apply. Our standard cancellation policy will take effect immediately, and no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

After the 3-day cooling-off period, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Please review our full terms and conditions for details on other cancellations or changes to your booking.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 21 or more days prior to the class: While we are unable to provide refunds, cancellations made at least 21 days before the scheduled class start time are eligible for in-store credit, which can be used for future classes.
• Cancellations within 21 days of the class: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled class start time are non-refundable and not eligible for in-store credit.
• No-shows: Guests who do not attend the class without prior notice will not receive a refund or in-store credit.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
2. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time.

• Rescheduling is allowed only for cancellations made 21 or more days prior to the class.
• Rescheduling requests must be made via email or in person and are subject to class availability.

• In cases where A Good Human cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, power outages, or low attendance), participants will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued, or participants may transfer their booking to another class if preferred.

• By attending a class, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in cooking activities that may involve sharp tools, heat, and other potential hazards. A Good Human is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during the class.

• While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten). If you have specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the class. All classes are vegetarian/vegan.

• A Good Human may take photos or videos during classes for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify us before the class begins.
