Join Chef Lesa on Thursday, April 9, for her most requested class (besides Pho) ... Chinese! Learn to make your favorite takeout dishes at home, or just come and enjoy some great food and a glass of wine! Your first dish will be General Tso’s Chicken - sweet, spicy and delicious. Next up will Salt and Pepper Shrimp, fried until crispy. True garlicky goodness. To finish the night, a Traditional Egg Rolls with a sweet and sour sauce. Chef Lesa will also make Fried Rice to accompany the meal.
