đ¨âđŗ About the Class:
Calling all plantain lovers! Join Chef Ornelle (@Nelnourish)to master plantain three ways: two classic methods (fried and boiled) plus a surprise third technique we know you'll love.
Then, as main dish we will make Mbom, a traditional dish from Equatorial Guinea. Made with spinach or leafy greens rich in fiber, you can choose to enjoy it with meat or keep it vegetarian.
This is more than a class, it's a conversation. We encourage participants to share their experiences with digital literacy and technology as we cook.
Why We're Here:
This event is a fundraiser for the Identic Foundation (Equatorial Guinea), which helps bridge the digital gap by providing digital literacy to people with disabilities, seniors, and those in remote areas.
