The Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. Join us and Cooking4Fitness! Chef April Perton & Renee will provide a fun and healthy cooking demonstration with a focus on international foods. As a bonus, you'll have something free from the event to help you make healthier meals at home.
