Join us for an immersive cookie-decorating workshop led by world-renowned cookie artist Amber Spiegel of SweetAmbs. This beginner-friendly, hands-on class is designed to introduce students to the foundational techniques of decorating cookies with royal icing.Amber will guide participants through preparing royal icing, achieving the perfect consistency for a smooth, professional finish, and creating elegant Easter-themed cookie designs using the wet-on-wet decorating technique.
Each student will decorate their own set of cookies to take home, along with Amber’s signature sugar cookie and royal icing recipes so you can continue practicing your skills long after class ends.
No prior decorating experience is necessary—just come ready to learn, create and have fun!

Amber Spiegel, founder of Sweetambs Cookies, is a globally recognized cookie artist and author with over 5 million followers across social media. While studying marketing in college, Amber discovered her true passion for decorating cakes and cookies, a craft that allowed her to blend her love of art and baking.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Amber now entertains and teaches millions through her mesmerizing cookie-decorating tutorials. She has partnered with brands including Domino Sugar, Netflix, and Paramount, and is the author of two books, Cookie Art and Cookie Canvas.
