This beginner's course will provide you with a no-fail cookie recipe, along with lots of tips and tricks to bake flat, pretty cookies. You'll decorate already baked cookies in some fun, spooky, Halloween-themed designs. You'll learn everything you need to start decorating cookies sure to impress your family and friends.
