OVERVIEWCookies for a Cause! Come join us on December 6th for a community cookie competition and food drive to support Blessed Sacrament Food Pantry, our local downtown food bank located on E Wolfe Street (Next to Kline’s). Entry fee proceeds will be donated directly to the food pantry along with any additional cash donations
and pre-packaged, non-perishable food items!
RULES
Entry Fee: $10 (minimum, extra donations welcomed): Applies to entrants and tasting participants. Maximum of 12 entrants.
What to Bring: 4 dozen homemade cookies per entrant.
Judging: Tasting participants vote for winners in 3 categories- Best Cookie, Best Decorated, & Most Creative. Judging begins at 6pm!
Prizing: Bakers winning in one of the above named categories shall each receive a gift card from a local and participating business! TBD.
BAKER SIGN-UP SHEET WILL BE IN-PERSON IN OUR TAPROOM OR CALL TO ENTER!
DONATIONS
We will be accepting cash and food donations for the Blessed Sacrament Food Pantry. Please consider donating some of these most needed, pre-packaged, non-perishable food items:
- Pasta
- Canned Beans
- Canned Soups
- Canned Vegetables
- Boxes of Cereal
- Oatmeal
- Rice
- Canned Tuna
- Boxes of Mac and Cheese
- NON-FOOD and needed: Feminine Products, Adult Toothbrushes, and Diapers
