Cookery Class for Adults with Complex Needs

In this class we will be making BBQ Chicken Skewers with Chips and Treacle Tart.
We will start by creating a delicious barbecue marinade for our chicken skewers which we will cook and serve alongside homemade oven chips. For dessert, we will make a sweet pastry and a delicious treacle tart filling (with golden syrup despite the name!) which we will bake in the oven.
Cost £30 per person. Age 16 plus. Parents / Carers are welcome to come and support.
