About this Event

Veteran recipe developer, Alexis deBoschnek thought she had home cooking on lock until she became the primary caretaker and chef for her mother, which inspired her to think harder about cooking as a daily task. Nights and Weekends is the solution to this quotidien dilemma, offering recipes that are eminently achievable for every time and effort constraint.

Alexis deBoschnek is a recipe developer and host based in the Catskills in upstate New York. Her first cookbook, To the Last Bite, came out in Spring 2022 . She was previously the senior test kitchen manager at BuzzFeed’s Tasty. She has contributed recipes to Food52, The Kitchn, Chowhound, and Tasting Table. Follow her on Instagram@alexisdeboschneck
