Each month we choose a cookbook and invite the public to come select a recipe from the book to prepare and bring to the gathering.The featured cookbook for February is Cooking with Texas Highways. The book is available at the checkout desk. We'll make a free copy of the recipe for you.
The club meets the first Thursday of each month. Feel free to drop in if you just want to see what it's all about.
