A Different Kind of Cooking Experience
This is not a traditional cooking class.
Cook Your Dinner is an interactive evening where participants prepare a healthy, balanced meal together, learn simple cooking principles, and enjoy the experience of cooking, moving, and eating in good company.
You will not only cook. You will understand how to cook with purpose.
During the evening, we explore how to:
- Cook balanced meals for energy and wellbeing
- Combine protein, carbohydrates and fibre properly
- Prepare simple, nutritious dishes with confidence
- Build sustainable, healthy eating habits

Each week, the Cook Your Dinner Event explores a different cooking theme.
Two sessions during the week share the same focus, allowing participants to choose the day that best suits them.
