Cook Thanksgiving with Our Chef: A Hands-On Class

Skip the guesswork this Thanksgiving.
Spend an evening in The Local Catering's state of the art, commercial kitchen cooking the full holiday menu alongside our chef. It’s hands-on, relaxed and fun. When the cooking is done, we’ll sit down together and enjoy the meal we made, with wine poured throughout the evening.

What you’ll make

• Herb-brined roasted turkey, carved
• Turkey gravy
• Brown butter sourdough dressing
• Wild mushroom green bean casserole
• Maple pecan sweet potato casserole
• Orange-spiced cranberry sauce
• Sweet potato buttermilk biscuits

What’s included
A spot at the kitchen station, all ingredients and equipment, hands-on guidance from our chef, dinner together with the class, and wine poured throughout the evening. You’ll also take home a recipe book, instant read thermometer, apron and a cooking timeline and an ingredient list to make the meal at home. We’ll pack up a to-go box of what you made so you can keep the feast going at home.

Good to know
Ages 21+. Class size is limited to 8, so everyone gets hands-on time. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. Our kitchen works with nuts, dairy, eggs and wheat, so please let us know about allergies when you book.
