Cook Fresh:Eat Fresh! Blackberry Jelly class
Advertisement
Blackberries grow abundantly in North Texas, and make the most delicious jellies, JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. Hosted by Christie A. Wood, Shiloh Board of Directors & avid home canner.
We will be using blackberry juice home-canned by Christie in June/July 2026. We will be making 3 types of jellies: plain blackberry; clove/blackberry; and allspice/blackberry - for that holiday flavor.
Event is free, but donations are accepted. Must be 16+ to attend. Class size is limited.
Bring empty canning jars if you have them.
Event takes place in Monroe Gym off Sycamore Street. Parking is in the church lot off Sycamore.
