COOK FOR THE BOOKS: An Evening with Chef Evan Hennessey is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Dover Public Library—and all proceeds will be used to furnish the renovated library.

Join us on January 27, 2026 for a special live cooking event featuring 3 time Chopped champion Evan Hennessey, streaming 6:30PM live from Stages Restaurant in Dover NH. Watch Chef Evan create unique plates using ingredients voted on by the public.

Each ticket is $75, and grants you entry for the live stream Watch Party (6:00–9:30) at Chapel + Main with appetizers, a light buffet, a drink ticket, raffles, and a silent auction included with your ticket. Evan will join the party at Chapel + Main following the event around 8:30PM.
