Cook & Dine: Valentine’s Week Experience

Guests will step into the kitchen together to prepare select dishes under Chef Koren’s guidance, while the remaining courses are beautifully prepared and served for them—so they can focus on fun, flavor, and dining in the beautiful setting of the historic Willows Mansion.

Hands-On Cooking Experience: Guests will prepare and plate these dishes together under Chef Koren’s guidance.

Burrata Toast: Creamy burrata, roasted grapes, balsamic glaze, fresh basil on toasted baguette

Pan-Seared Scallops: Golden-seared scallops finished with brown butter, citrus, and fresh herbs

Chef-Prepared Entrée: Served and beautifully plated for guests.

Filet Mignon: Tender filet served with creamy mashed potatoes Seasonal green vegetables sautéed with garlic and lemon

OR

Vegetarian Entrée: Grilled portobello mushroom stuffed with crispy tofu crumbles Finished with rich demi-glace sauce

Dessert

Assorted French Mini Pastries: A curated selection of classic bite-sized pâtisserie (Chef’s selection)
