Join us for Cook & Connect!

Discover the joy of cooking and connecting with others in a friendly and interactive environment.

Each session includes a live cooking demonstration where you’ll help with preparation, learn new skills and share a delicious lunch together.

What we'll be cooking together: Street food - sweet dough balls, onion bhaji & sweetcorn salad

Allergens: Wheat, milk & sesame seeds

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs.

This session is for ages 18+ only.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.

Please note: We’ve recently updated this session to a donation-based model to help make it as accessible as possible to everyone. If you’re able to, we welcome optional donations when booking. Any contributions will go directly towards supporting the continuation of sessions like this at the Social Prescribing Hub and help us reach more people in the community. Thank you for your support – it really does make a difference.

We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch - we’re happy to support you to attend.

Priority is given to Rushcliffe residents. Participants from outside the area are welcome, however, an additional charge may apply. If you are a non-Rushcliffe resident and wish to attend, please get in touch at [email protected] for further details.
