Be a convoy of 1 if necessary and drive to the Capitol for a vigil and rally on the Kanawha Blvd. side starting 1 pm! Decorate your car! Bring signs, costumes, noise makers, flags. Celebrate the collective power we wield when we gather in large numbers!!! Plans are being made for a prayer vigil led by the WV Faith Leaders Network starting at 1 PM, followed by a rally with speakers from around the state TBA. Step UP!
