Convoy of Care- Community Resource Family Events 2025

The Convoy of Care Event is a gathering of community partners whose purpose is to help connect individuals with various resources. The event will be traveling across Johnson County and setting up from 4pm-6pm at the following Johnson County Public Library branches:

• Clark Pleasant Library June 23 (350 Clearwater Blvd, Whiteland, IN 46184)
• White River Library September 22 1664 Library Blvd, Greenwood, In 46142)
• Franklin Library October 13 (401 State St, Franklin, IN 46131)

Learn about community resources by visiting the vendor booths and mobile units! See below for a list of vendors that will be in attendance.

Families can expect the following;

• Complete a wellness passport to collect a prize.
• Children receive free ice creaem from Millies Ice Cream Truck
• Games and prize table
• Visit mobile units as well as vendor booths for resources and services.
• Take a library tour.
• Utilize this time to get you or your child's vaccines up to date at the Johnson County Health Department table.
• Great Harvest food pantry will be there for families in need of extra groceries.
• Indiana Diaper Source will have diapers and wipes for those in need.
• Car Seat Installations for the first 20 individuals who sign up.
• Complete a safe sleep video before the event, present your certificate and received a free pack and play.

Safe Sleep / Pack & Play Information

• Upon completion of a safe sleep training video that you can watch before the event, you will be eligible to receive a free pack and play. Visit the link below to complete the training video and then show the certificate of completion when you arrive at the event.
