Masons played a significant role in the American Revolution by providing leadership, fostering unity among men from diverse backgrounds, and spreading ideas of liberty and fraternity. Liam Riordan, History Department faculty and Department Chair at the University of Maine at Orono with a research focus on the American Revolution, Public History, and the Atlantic World in the Long Eighteenth Century
Major Andrew DeFabio, instructor in the American History division at the U.S. Military Academy, Westpoint.
