Session Synopsis:

Toronto's real estate markets face significant challenges. Residential markets are unaffordable for many, while commercial markets have been impacted by reduced demand associated with the trend towards work-from-home. This has led the hope that the conversion of excess commercial properties to residential might help to address both issues. This event will feature a conversation between Rotman's William Strange and David Feldman, CEO of Camrost Felcorp Inc. Mr. Feldman is the developer of successful conversions like Imperial Oil's former Head Office Building, the original Four Seasons Hotel, the McGuinness Distiller and the Imperial Oil former Head Office Building.
