Join us for a talk by Geoff Cooper on the social history of the 20th century, Helped by conversations with his grandfather Fred Tattershall.
Fred Tattershall born in 1897 (a Victorian) died 1979
His whole working life was as a telegraphist in Fleet Street wire rooms
In WW1 he flew in RNAS airships and was decorated with a DSM
Geoff has original photographs , a morse key, miniature camera and other items to illustrate his stories.
