Traverse Area District Library Woodmere | Traverse City, MI
We’re taking our Conversations on Cass series on the road and teaming up with the Traverse City Public Library to host our next conversation: Civility and the Role of Local News.
Join us for our second installment of Conversations on Cass–a pop-up event series brought to you by 910 Media Group. We’ll discuss issues directly impacting northern Michigan residents and businesses in an informal setting.
In this ‘on the road edition’, our local panelists will discuss their roles in serving polarized audiences, building trust amongst their audience and how they manage the front lines of this nationwide divide from the Traverse City Library Community Room. In this conversation, you’ll hear from:
Ed Ronco, News Director at Interlochen Public Radio
Rebecca Pierce, Executive Editor at Traverse City Record-Eagle
Joe Warner, Sr. Director of News Strategy at 910 Media Group
This 60-minute discussion will be moderated by David Lyden Anchor/reporter 9&10 News. This event is free to the public. RSVPs will remain open as space allows.
